Typically speaking Fall brings a slower pace to the housing market. With kids returning to school, busy work schedules and holidays looming people have their minds on other things besides looking for a new home. However, despite the changes this year from the Corona Virus and the new normal that we must deal with the housing market is not slowing to its usual Fall pace. How do you as a Real Estate Agent pivot your marketing to keep up with this face paced market?
Here are some ideas to keep in mind.
Stay informed in the market around you. With the housing market inventory being unusually low people are looking constantly to see what is available. Keep your clients wish list in mind as new homes are listed and keep them informed as quickly as you can as homes that are attractive and have many options are getting snapped up almost as fast as they are listed. Be sure to have a website that is inviting and user friendly that will showcase your talents as a Real Estate agent and that will also be a great venue to view current homes that are available.
Use your Social Media as a tool that will help get people talking and coming back to your company for the latest and greatest trends when it comes to Real Estate. Use videos to introduce yourself and your team. Have Question and Answer posts that inform people of what is happening in the Real Estate Market in your area. Using the Social Media avenue has become more popular especially since the pandemic started.
Use your blogs effectively. Do you have a weekly blog on your website? If not, now would be a good time to consider adding one. Blogs are a great way to offer your expertise to people who are searching for tips and current trends that are happening in Real Estate. You could also use your blog to showcase a home and break down the benefits the home has to offer. Use good clear photos and link this to your website to draw them to more information about your company.
The Real Estate Market is booming, and more and more people are looking online to start their search for a new home. Be sure to be the one that they find to help them in their most important search. Need help keeping your Social Media current? Check out our Social Media Packages here.
