Use your Social Media to let people know what you and your team have done to keep them safe. With so much to think about in terms of health, people are uncertain of how to look at homes during the pandemic. Help put their minds at ease by offering them the steps you have taken to ensure their health if they choose to look at a home in person. Offer to walk them thru a home they are interested in virtually the first time so they can get a feel for what you have to offer. Keep them informed of any new inventory by always keeping your content fresh.
Write blog articles on how you can do most of the transaction from the comfort of their current home. Perhaps you can offer tips on how to sign papers without them having to go into an office physically. Offer tips on how you can discuss the details and any questions that they may have perhaps on a zoom meeting. While it is not as personal as being in the same room at least you are able to see each other and talk face to face. Pivot your message and make changes and suggestions while keeping the transaction personal.
Use your website to show that you are not ignoring safety during the virus. Have a section to show ideas of how to stay safe if the look at a home. For instance, instead of riding in the same car with your Real Estate Agent take your own car and meet at the showing, have hand sanitizer on site to use after each showing, do not touch anything while looking at a home and so forth. The more you show that their health is top priority and you are keeping your areas clean and safe the more they will feel comfortable in moving forward with you to look at homes or list their home with your company.
